Not sure what Romo's contract situation is but it would be tough to sit Dak at this point. I mean, Romo is old and Dak looks like he could be special. Trade Romo for some picks to a team that is desperate. Use those picks to build the D.
The Bills will get it when they play the Patriots next. Don't go after a rookie QB like this.

Mariota looks flat out awful. Some of that I believe is play calling and coaching, but that doesn't explain his awful pocket presence, his terrible decision making, and his lack of accuracy over 20 yards.
Titans at the very least tie the game towards the end if he doesn't overthrow Delaine Walker 5 yards on a seam route. Just awful.
