On some real shyt, this team has been growing and building a strong team for the last 4yrs. on offense and defense. they are the most well balanced team.

That young ass McVay dude out in L.A. seems to be a solid head coach. You can tell he isn't full of himself and treats his elders with respect. Seems like they have a collective head coaching unit from what I see.
