LOL @ this. The guy you described was Brady for the majority of his career. The more a QBs team leans on him, the more mistakes he potentially makes. Funny how Brady started making mistakes and turning the ball over once he started getting more responsibility and had to do more.
Peyton and Brady are similar QBs. Both stationary, high IQ QBs with massive egos. I don't see how you can like or dislike one guy's style of play over the other.
which guy ? brady was at his best when he focused on not making mistakes and working with his defense
when he became an alpha male and started to yell at his teammates he and his squad stopped winning even though the offense started to put up sick numbers
you guys are obsessed with dikk measuring and 'asking to do more' bullshyt.
football isnt played in a vacuum.
this is the same shyt that gets people shytting on sherm talking about 'he only plays one side of the field' and that 'he isnt asked to do as much as another corner'
guess what, football aint boxing. no one gives a fukk about whos better than who or versatiltiy. the teams goal is to win, and a guy who is asked to do little and does it well enough for his team to win is NOT worse than the guy who is asked to do a lot and does it decently.
like Ive said, a qbs main asset is decision-making. a qb can throw only 10 yard checkdowns in his career and be the GOAT QB in football if it works nearly every time and is the correct decision for the team every time.
none of that other bullshyt matters. fapping arm strength, 'taking chances', 'being an offensive coordinator'
at the end of the day it boils down to decisisons.
