What are you talking about, I think you missed the point, if the main product sucks (QBs in this case) then the league isn't interesting. The league wasn't just selling only QBs pre 2002, for instance every Lions fan watched because of Barry, so even with bad QBs, the product worked (im talking casual fans looking for entertainment). The league decided to sell QBs over the past few years, and going back on ratings, keeping the theme of the Lions, Stafford had a 103 QB rating today, and played like shyt, hence my point about QB ratings now, the league uses QB ratings to sell QBs, hence why they talk about them (like you are), QBR is a better measurement.
are you new to this board ? I never propped qbs, in fact its clearly the most overrated position and qbs being equated with team success is a joke. a 6-3 game to me >>>> a shootout where teams play no defense

now, your point was that bad qb play detracts from the product. my point is that the game is still qb-friendly as ever nowadays. games consist of tons of offense. a multi-pick game for a top tier qb is considered a huge outlier.

qb rating is a bad metric, I agree. qbr is just as trash though, because it operates with assumption that qb is supposed to win games.
in that chiefs-chargers rivers who played like trash and had 3 picks and no tds had twice the qbr (16) than smith who had 2tds and no picks (7qbr). shyt is garbage.

-Jags now are like the rams in the past few years. Backloaded with so much talent from high picks that they can surprise any team in the league when they're not being dysfunctional.

-Rivers back :lolbron:

-Another rebuilding year for the raiders:therethere: damn. Emotionally this was supposed to be their season

=Even tho seattle is leading their division they feel like frauds with that weakness on the oline. It's like fiasco era russell wilson where he gotta pull off multiple "miracle" plays per drive just to convert third downs. :hhh:Whyyy wont they fix the line, does the owner just like watching fukkery and russ running around that much?
