Right now, there is zero doubt that Mahommes is the front-runner, and I think it's by a wide enough margin right now, where Brees and Gurley would really need to keep it up or turn it up, while Mahommes slips.
Gurley is a TD scoring machine on an undefeated team that has a weak schedule rest of way.
Brees has 0 INTs and has the Saints at 5-1 facing one of the toughest schedules in the league.

If both keep it up, you can bet they will eat up MVP votes. Esp if the media goes with the lifetime achievement angle for Brees.

I dont see it. rams been giving up points to way lesser offenses

Outside of 2 games against the Seahawks and the Vikes, the Rams have done well on D.

KC doesn’t matchup at all against the Rams. Unless there are major injuries, Rams will score at will and the pass rush will eventually slow Mahomes down.
