Seahawks defense isn't elite. Call Deshaun the truth all you want, but no elite defense lets up 38 points at home to a rookie QB. The Saints and Vikings both have better defenses in the NFC alone. You could make an argument for the Eagles too.

Did you watch the game? Seattle’s defense still showed up, Watson is actually that good. Homer hat aside he really is something special, I keep expecting a team to sniff his film and exploit weakness but he keeps changing things game by game and showing us something new. He isn’t a flash in the pan like rg3 and he knows when/how to slide so that will help him stay healthy (hopefully).

The Lions have a defense good enough to challenge for the NFC title but the offense isn't good enough to beat anyone except outright bad or crippled teams. Seriously, Darius Slay shut down AB nearly all game. Bell didn't destroy us either. Yet we couldn't score a single TD.
This offense is basically built to throw 3-6 yard passes and hope for YAC. No run game. No interesting plays. OC is trash. Thank god Decker is getting closer to getting healthy but we could be 2-3 games below 500 by the time he's back.
