Dirk Koetter and the coaching staff have held the Bucs offense/defense back and are to blame for Winston’s regression

All those weapons, they have no idea how to run a balanced offense with creative play design.

Or we run the right play with the wrong player.

Half the lil receiver screens we run, we do it with Humphries in there, why the fukk don't we run those for Jackson instead

We don't run any screen to the running back or hell we don't throw to the running back at all, most of the time we keep him in to block cause our line is bad in 3 of the 5 spots.
