Looking at his numbers, he didn't play well at all.

Solely based on stats yes, but watching the game, he didn't turn the ball over, converted timely 3rd downs (including running for a 1st), and was protected well enough to not get sacked. That was the most non-Bortles game ever that was also his first ever win against the Texans
