After watching the Jacksonville game, I'm realizing that Blake Bortles actually works better when the ball leaves his hands in 3 seconds or less or an option play where he he has the ability to move with his feet. Don't get me wrong, he is a very flawed QB but he can win games with them they have the roster. Also as long as he protects the ball, the other stats don't mean as much.
I think the Tyrod Taylor era is over, the Bills had every opportunity to win that game and Blake Bortles looked like the better QB which is crazy.
Kansas City lost the game because of Andy Reid outsmarting himself, Alex Smith get some of the blame because of a bad 2nd half but he played well enough to win. Also the Kansas City defense is above average not ELITE.
The Titans defense is going to give Patriots some problems and if they can keep the ball on the ground they could shock the Pats.
Drafting well the past 3 years has paid off for the Saints, especially on defense. Drew Brees is playing incredibly well for pushing 40 but I thin he's going to wear down.
The Panthers need to figure out how to fix the run game, if they want to preserve Cam Newton and they need to revitalize their defensive backfield.
Rams had a hell of a year they just lost to an experienced Falcons team and their young hungry defense.
