Doubt it. Crabtree don't fukk with him, although he could be getting cut, and they're still being loyal to Aldon Smith and kaep is a factor in him being suspended.

Lol @ making signing Kap into some form of punishment. Fix the rule across the board and apply it to coordinator positions. Stop these sham interviews point blank. Black candidates gotta stop complying as well in these instances
The point of the Rooney Rule is to get these candidates interviews even if they don’t get hired. The disappointing thing is that the numbers are still really low. The Rooney Rule will only truly work if management doesn’t go into hiring with someone in mind.

I believe the Rooney rule only worked for Ron Rivera. They did not go in wanting Rivera.

The rule has been in place for over a decade now, has anyone compiled the data to gauge its effectiveness?
