Obviously, it’s wrong if the league is trying to force this action.
But Marshawn, Kaep, and Eric Reid in Oakland?
:blessed:

So Cal
can you elaborate on these?
"I needed a quarterback that can deliver the ball, and that was hungry like I was."
Crabtree on why he came to Oakland.

Multiple Niner locker room sources tell TMZ Sports ... Aldon and Colin had an altercation on the field during a practice on Tuesday, and "players had to pull them apart."
Supposedly he got the dui that same day. Reports said this was false though and Colin denied it.
a significant divide has formed in the locker room, and a large number of Colin Kaepernick’s teammates have turned on him. While it’s unclear whether his recent poor performance plays a role, I’ve been told by more than one person that Kaepernick’s relationship with Nessa, and his fallout with Smith, are to blame. The source said that many of the players simply don’t like Kaepernick.
nikkas love to act like Colin ain't completely lose his whole fukking team.

At this point would it be in Kaep's best interest to play? I understand the money aspect but would people turn on him?

The point of the Rooney Rule is to get these candidates interviews even if they don’t get hired. The disappointing thing is that the numbers are still really low. The Rooney Rule will only truly work if management doesn’t go into hiring with someone in mind.
Which is why I said black candidates need to stop taking the obviously sham interviews

NYC (but PGH will forever be home)
Mike Tomlin was hired in Pittsburgh because of it also. He was the least likely candidate but wowed them in interviews.

Actually, this is a common misconception. Ron Rivera was interviewed prior to Mike Tomlin, thus fulfilling the Rooney Rule requirement.

Again- Tomlin WAS NOT a "Rooney Rule" hire.

no, the rule obviously works. all you need to do is check the number of minority coaches in the nfl before and after the creation of the rooney rule.
Nah breh... Its a loop hole. Imagine your resume on point and you can beat out competition yet they already know they not gonna hire you! Why waste your time in some process?
