Even though we winnin', Glennon has been looking shaky this game and last game was , Should we try and grab a QB this year or wait it out and go for Jameis next year?

Wait it out. Grab a defensive player or another receiver unless we can somehow get teddy. Then see how glennon is next year and if he improves, great, if not you have jameis and mariota to go after
