With Vick still questionable and Foles concussed, if Barkley needed another shot I'm sure they would give it to him THIS week. If they felt that "oh, he's a 3rd stringer with limited reps", LOGIC DICTATES that you give him more reps this week and let him start against the Giants. Since they are uncomforable doing that, it's clear they have no confidence in him. So AGAIN, I'll trust the coaching staff who sees him every day versus someone on the peripheral on some "give him a break he's a rookie" shyt.
