i have to agree with the couple posters that mentioned how freeman is "micromanaged" and "handled".

vikings fans know all too well the effects of micromanaging and trying to instill a mindset of playing not to lose. instead of taking the natural talents, abilities and instincts of the QB and building and allowing that to flourish, we get coaches that squeeze the life out of them, so to speak.

as a result, you get a QB that is doubting himself; his mechanics, his decisions and his own ability.

imo, Freeman has a bigger upside than Ponder, so yes, i would definitely switch places.
