The grouping isnt random

Thurmond and browner from seattle went to NYGs and Pats....those are big moves

..that coupled with the giants and pats other moves (DRC to nyg for example) its worth asking

The lions...well...theyre my squad :youngsabo:
I figured you chose those teams for a reason....

Pats have those uniforms because they've won in them...they've been due for a change though.

Titans will all be elite on the low as well
:wtf: the titans look like one of the worst defenses in the league on paper. they have little talent, and what talent they do have doesnt fit the 3-4 they are going to employ. no pass rush, and a shyt secondary. they are going to be torched

Lmao fine maybe not elite, but I believe in Ray Horton. Think he'll get the best out of his players.

i dont think losing either thurmond or browner will impact the seahawks. maxwell played at a high level, jeremy lane looked capable, and throld simon who missed all last year is capable. i dont see much of a step back, if they even take a step back

Agreed...browner was in and out anyway...and maxwell beasted...good additions for the other two but not a major hit for seattle

yeah not that they are not good players by any means. i just dont expect much drop off. i also like the kevin williams signing quite a bit. he is still a plus player, and should be able to stay that way in a rotational role on the line

Out of that group, I got Seattle still. I think Arizona might have the best defense in the league this year though. Rams, Browns, Dolphins, and Titans will all be elite on the low as well. Broncos should make a huge jump there as well.
How so? They lost two of their best defensive players in Dansby and Washington. I actually think they have the worst defense in the NFC west.
