"Ban him from the NHL for life. What a slime bag move."
"It is perhaps plausible that he suffered such a severe brain injury that he couldn't tell the difference between a ref and a uniformed player. However, if his brain was so damaged that he essentially hallucinated a different reality, he shouldn't be able to play a game where he puts on armor and wields a stick and razor blades until he's cleared by a series of independent neurologists, perhaps next season. More likely he drilled a ref in his way after he was drilled on a non penalized play. 20 game suspension, nice to know you"
"One year no exceptions. There is no room gor this in hockey at any level. Especially in the top tier, the NHL
Just one more example of another pro athlete thinking they are above the law."
"Only in the NHL could a player not get penalized for CROSS CHECKING AN OFFICIAL. These guys don't even know a penalty when it's committed on them! What the..."
"That poor excuse for a human should never play again. NHL, AHL or beer league."
ESPN comments. Y'all gonna stop crying hypocrisy now?NHL players get slammed by NHL media, you don't know that because y'all don't follow hockey. These guys get massive suspensions too, again y'all don't know that since you don't follow hockey.
Who are these people.![]()
It is on there, but they don't take ESPN approach to sports journalism, because most people that watch hockey knows that it will be thoroughly looked at by those that matter. Since ESPN doesn't have any decision making power, they have to rely on the court of public opinion; NHL, not as much. It will be handled.
Listening to TSN this morning on my way to work and I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Clearly intentional cross-check and they're talking about how he's a good guyYou one of them now too by pretending these folks wont defend that shyt cuz "hockey players are good guys"
The sportsnet roundtable was defending him saying he didnt know what he was doing cuz he maybe had a concussion...
Hockey media are the worst at defending scumbaggery in there sport....These fakkits defended McSorley using his stick as a weapon on Brashear...
