Two huge home games for us tonight and Saturday, might creep up to 4th spot.
Do we REALLY want that though?
Home ice would be great, as we have owned games in our building this season, but isn't a first round match-up with Winnipeg/Carolina/Washington/whoever wins the SouthLEAST much more desirable than the Habs or Bruins, both of whom have given us trouble this year?
The Cowan news was like waking up Christmas morning I was so excited, can't believe he's coming back.

I agree but I wouldn't be upset at home-ice and more wins
If Cowen and Spezza are back and healthy for the playoffs, I'd start to get a little excited.

Althought today Bryan Murray said it's not a sure thing Spezza will be back this season
Apparently he hasn't been on the ice in a while and there is talk that he's had a major setback with his back, experiencing significant pain again.
