wrestlers need a revolving 3 month offseason.
like you got group #1 becky, alexa, seth, new day get off May - July then
group #2 like roman, ronda, charlotte, etc. get July - September off.
or even just random 1 month breaks

let's be honest though. She didn't hurt her knees by doing bumps and spots. It's the wear and tear from carrying too much weight. If she's going to have a career then she needs to trim down.
