I say April is a down month, May prices go up, then from June - October is considered the down season. Theres certain weekends in between but overall the winter/spring down here is wild.

Couple of my coworkers is on one of those sites where you offer up a room or two in your place to people visiting from another country and they rate their stay. These dudes worked it out so now they usually have foreign chicks staying with them. They literally have p*ssy being delivered to them. They usually show their guests around the city and usually always end up sleeping in the same bed.
Thing is though starting off, you gotta build your rep up so you might have married couples or whatever staying with you.

Stay across the bridge in key biscayne many nice hotels there la Casa moderna across American Airlines is nice so is the viceroy has a club and pool on 50th floor

Vacation rentals all the way. My first time in Miami we stayed in a rental for MDW. While ppl were paying $300+ a night, we paid $120
