I think if u follow a nice program where u deadlift, squat and dial down on ur nutrition that should be enough for u. U have to understand all these people on tv that be advertising all these different exercises are on sum form of supplement, for us natural everyday folks, keeping it simple is the key, treat it like a way of life, eat decent just cus thats what ur body needs forget about all these special diets, or workouts do like the old timers did, just work out, eat right and ur body gun be right.
