Vince McMahon has never cared about tag-team wrestling. His philosophy is "why would I pay 4 guys to have a match when I could just pay 2 guys to take up the same amount of time". Think about it. All the classic tag-teams came out of NWA/Crockett (Road Warriors, Steiners, Rock 'N Roll Express, Midnight Express, Horsemen, etc.). The WWF tag-teams legacies, besides maybe the Hart Foundation, don't hold up to any of the other teams.

If one half of the team gets injured, the other guy doesn't have as much to do.

Which is when you think about, how they collect wrestlers and have half the roster not do shyt anyway. But going back to the point of 2 man teams being phucked if one of them is injured, I guess they somewhat addressed this issue, by having a lot more 3 person teams that use the Freebird rule.

That was the end of it for me. I watched three shows better than the second half of wrestlemania this weekend and I still have more to watch. Man that was bad.
