Just make 18 year old eligible for the draft and if they don't get drafted they can go to college and play football or go elsewhere. I don't get what's so hard about this. No one is forcing nfl GMs to draft these guys

it's HS 5 star athletes that won't sniff the league after playing all 4 years in college. You dang sure ain't getting drafted after being out the game for three years and only played against HS competition.

18 year old bodies ain’t ready for the nfl.

They need a paid dev league, that’s it and that’s all. If you don’t get drafted after 3-4 years in the dev league THEN get a scholly to play in college where you’ll actually focus on your degree being its the only option you have left.
