Its strange to me, its okay to grieve and not publicize everything about your life. Its okay to hold come things in privaye, i think its time we start calling out folks and let them know all this publicizing everything isnt normal and os.t healthy behavior.

RIP to Zen.

Condolences to Nick and his family. I can only imagine a fraction of the pain as the last time I cried was my oldest son getting heart surgery to repair a heart defect about 2 years ago which was thankfully successful. I've never been so terrified in my life. I'm just can't imagine the thought of losing any of my 3 kids.

I really pray for Nick and family are able to deal with this unspeakable loss.
