Yeah, it is a pie in the sky type thing. These movies make $ why would any studio give the rights up? For the fans?!
And not to get all technical it is Disney (not Marvel they all have Marvel rights) that is doing it best followed by FOX, and then Columbia. IMO at least.

I still at Sony/Columbia thinking they can create their own universe. With what? At least Fox owns X-Men which has hundred of characters. What do they got?
