If the above average teams are playing better than the good team during the season, a person might claim that the above average team will beat the good team in the playoffs. If the good team plays up to its standard in the playoffs and makes it to the finals, that doesnt mean the conference isnt weak..it means the good team played up to its standard. the conference is still weak overall. Now do you understand?
