Not a cartoon but sorta related, I was watching an old Disney Channel movie "You Wish" with my cousin and they kept throwing subtle hints at the son possibly being gay. Then they took it to the next level and made it seem like he was masturbating and bust to a picture of this boy in the newspaper.
