they usually give u a light sentence so they dont have to spend the resources to investigate.. so before they did a thorough investigation they offered him 7 just off testimony alone
but he made them work they got the dna so they know they got him already... slam dunk case
instead of going to trial they offering him 15 to life which is probably gonna be life cause u raped a 12 year old when your case comes back up in 15 years they still gonna be like bruh its a 12 year old u staying in jail

Then I read the article, and they don't write that they found his semen, it states they find his dna(partial), and it was on her clothes, so that is why he is guilty, but they live together, so dna will most likely be somewhere on her clothes. Just by sitting on the same couch can give a chance of her pants picking up the dna.

I know how corrupt prosecutors are, and in this case the person is part of a well known RAPPER! Nyc criminal justice system HATE rappers.

So, I think he got set up by the chick he was dating, and by the corrupt lawyers, but maybe he did do it, but the lawyers ares till playing foul. If he has a good lawyer, he can still fight the case, because they don't really have proof. They are rolling the dice, and trying to scare him to a plea, because that will be a MAJOR come up for them.

I can tell a lot of you have never done anything illegal or had people constantly getting locked up around you, because if you did, reading EVERYTHING PROPERLY would be in your blood. Just misreading something can allow police to lock you up. If you know exactly what you are reading means, it can stop him form arresting you. They love that most of y'all don't really know how law works, it gives them so much power!

They didn't find his semen, they found partial dna. Here is the article that op posted:

It writes INDICATING, which means they didn't actually find semen.

And like my first post wrote, why did the writer of the article leave out a whole slew of information, only to try to make it seem like they found semen in her pants by stopping one sentence to lead into another with the first word being "pants"? They are hiding something that's why, and this is foul because it sways jurors to seem like he is guilty before they even hear his case!
