If we are being real that’s not even a healthy plate of food.

It’s all starch/carbs very little protein and vital nutrients.

Really if people are looking at this impressed y’all gotta get your shyt together. I’d honestly feel kinda bad serving this to my family, like somethings missing.

This is the first i heard of corn being called a starch. Where i’m from starches are grains, beans, & roots
So rice,
Potatoes,
Bread yes, made from grain
Corn no thats just a veggie
I’d give you cornbread though

Corn is a grain if you harvest it when dry and grind it. If you eat it when fresh its a vegetable.
No.

The corn we grind, and the corn we eat fresh are two different types of corn, but both are a grain nutritionally.

Corn is basically just starch/sugar and shouldn’t be used to replace a vegetable in a balanced meal.

A vegetable isnt determined based on its nutritional value its by what part of the plant its derived from. :mjlol:

If you allow sweet corn to stay on the stalk and dry out you can grind it up into cornmeal. They dont do that because there are other varieties of corn better used for meal.

If that’s the case you are still wrong because both sweet corn and “corn” are derived from the same part of the plant.

But you are wrong again.

Corn is basically grass, same as wheat and other grains. You are eating the seeds of a grass when you eat corn.
