She tried to pay which is why she’s in all this mess in the first place. Basically her husband caught a charge in Cali for failing to register. Nicki then had some people proposition the victim to recant her story. Initial offers was like $20k and a chance to meet Nicki or some shyt then it went up to $500k and then it turned into threats. Use it to look better in the media and maybe they could get the charges dropped. The victim wasn’t tryna do that which blew all this up in Nicki’s face because the victim now was upset and started going to the media and I believe now is suing for $20 million for the harassment
