D'Angelo breaking 100k that's right. "Pinkprint" will not go Gold. It's over for Nicki commerically as far as sales. She will move a little units but she's not going plat again. She went Pop too fast and alienated her rap fans. "Anaconda" was a hit though but she can thank Sir Mix A Lot for that.

That Beyonce featured single might carry it but if it does go gold she better cherish it because itll be her last album plaque. Just like how Views from the 6 is gonna be Drakes last platinum album

I edited my comment, I didn't mean to "Musically" cause I think she can still release music but commercially her fanbase has decreased dramatically from album to album:
Pink Friday = 1.9 Million
Roman Reloaded = 900k
Pinkprint = 350k tops
The comparisons to Lil Kim end, Lil Kim was still going Platinum far into her 3rd album. The Beyonce single ain't doing much cause honestly it's more of a Throwaway track for Beyonce. She didn't even make a video for it. It charted but I doubt it's going to make much noise. "Only" is starting to pick up though in the clubs. "Anaconda" worked but again that's only cause "Baby got back".

No I meant apparently she has another song on her album featuring Beyonce that will probably end up being a single. But I agree.. if your first 3 albums decrease dramatically each time its safe to say you'll be irrelevant sooner than later, it reminds me of 50 Cents first 3 albums.. by his 4th album he struggled to get a release date or spark a buzz then his fw numbers were considered bad at the time.

Also "Pill and Potions" and "Only" were Top 30 Hits. The issue was when "Anaconda" blew near the end of the summer, the album should of been ready to go but it got pushed back a few times. The "Anaconda" buzz died and she didn't follow it up. She also had some controversies with the Malcolm X cover and the "Only" Lyric video. Not all controversy is good controversy.
