Everyone is focused on energy since both African elites & non-Africans trying to tap into it. So, there’s going to be too much involved, especially with the level corruption prevalent in African countries.
With Agribusiness, there isn’t any competition involved & it’s largely untapped since most African countries import majority of what they consume. Easy way to make a killing financially.
You don’t really much network & it all depends what you’re trying to produce. There will always be a market for food/cash crops & livestock. The lands are also naturally fertile & weather is decent, so the overhead cost won’t be too dire.
I’m also looking into Agribusiness & I’ve been doing my research for like 2yrs now. Africa is moving rapidly
(you need to check this forum SkyscraperCity Forum to see all the developments in Africa) in terms development & it will be cool to tap into it before “others”.
