First Boko haram did not kidnap a Nigerian politicians wife. It was a Cameroonians in northern Cameroon. remember some of boko harms major bases are in northern Cameroon.
Plus Boko haram is a lot more complex than the media is making it...
In regards to the wealth gap. It is a result of Nigerias government establishing various protectionist measures, forcing multinationals to partner with indigenous companies and supporting local companies like Dangote, Innoson, Oando, Globacom, Forte oil e.t.c
So its natural that a couple of people will begin to acquire wealth since the market is being made conducive for local players. The next step Nigeria's government must take to ensure that local monopolies do not become the norm is to establish consumer protectionist laws and a good environment should be created to encourage more local competition in various sectors.
so, basically..

regulation like I said.

And controlling these wealth gaps...

like I mentioned.

Millions of very poor and sorta poor living amongst rich ass nikkas who are failing to control the terrorist.. I don't care how "complex" any militia group is.............. if a government and leaders can't control it----- then setting up intercontinental banking regulations and protectionist measures (and enforcing it) is a pipe dream. Especially when many of the so called legit businessmen are some of the most corrupt in the world.

I actually don't even really see the incentive for the leaders to make this happen

Again Boko haram is complex. It is not just some militia group. It has a lot of funding from certain islamic Nigerian groups and foreign groups. On top of that they are not based in Nigeria and carry out their attacks by sneaking into Nigeria from neighboring countries like chad, Niger and Cameroon. On top of that we are dealing with an insurgency that is not only filled with Northern muslim Nigerian terrorists but terrorist from neighboring countries like chad, Niger, Cameroon. Thsese are areas worse poverty and more idle youth than Nigeria. This is why Boko haram has become a hydra. For every terrorist you kill 2 spring up. so even though Nigerias government was able to contain boko haram to the north east they are still a problem.
Plus poverty is actually on the decline in Nigeria. The number of Nigerians living below the poverty line has dropped to 32%. Its a great improvement but there is still work to be done.

Plus your comment on Nigeria setting up intercontinental banking regulations and protectionist measures does not make any sense. First Nigeria has no plans to set up any intercontinental banking measures. and when it comes to protectionist measures. Nigeras government can very easily set it up. The kind of achievements the government has made in various sectors off the economy these few years is proof of that.

Plus our business men are not more corrupt than western business men. That is just more western propaganda trying to discredit us because we are slowly gaining control of different sectors of our economy.

You said "we" so I will fall back because that means you'd know more than me...

But note:

Western businessmen are corrupt because they can afford to be that way. I'm black and live in the West and am Corrupt and demonic in all aspects of business because I can be and because it's low key... the American way.

Nigerians.. and no west African can afford to do this.... especially when the world is already starting to hate on their accomplishments. No European, candadan or american wants Nigeria to gain control over their economy or any african nation to control it's own resources.

And Nigeria is looking to expand banking beyond it's borders. They need exactly ... intercontinental banking regulations... and from what I can see out of all nations their they should lead it.

I don't care what they need to do............ shyt is all for not if they don't get with Cameroon and control these militias. at the end of the day.. B haram aren't diplomats, they have zero pull, all the have is violence, they are not a nation....... there are a terror group without a focused goal. They kidnap little girls and even have popular politicians allowing the shyt to happen. They are simply a militia that need to be controlled for west African progress to keep progressing.
