Why has no one started a Football and Basketball league in Africa yet?(Hell even Caribbeans and South America)

It makes no sense to not start a league at West Africa, East Africa, Central Africa and South Africa.

How the hell you make North Africa start a football league before the other regions.

They have Basketball leagues in just about every Latin country, dont know about Africa tho.
