Did you just say that Stephan Colbert should leave The Late Show on CBS to do a 30 minute show on basic cable :dwillhuh:

Seen this coming a mile away.
The show never really found it's place.
I watched it a lot but never really found myself laughing as much.
Mike Yard is hilarious though and I hope I see more of him on television.

Colbert took a pay cut,his show is twice the length and it's on 5 days a week instead of 4. Not only that but he can't even do edgy comedy it's all generic general masses snooze fest.

Exactly.

Wilmore is anything but trash man.

Man has been working for 30+ years in comedy writing on shows like fresh prince,in living colour,Bernie mac show etc.

He's highly respected.
All that's good but the show wasn't great :yeshrug: I thought he'd get through the election maybe they know something about Colbert

Comedy Central looking real :flabbynsick:

Amy Schumer ratings have been going down for 3 seasons now yet her show gets to keep going :scust:

Watching
Larry and his brother are hilarious, the show just wasn't. Maybe it was the pacing or the :yeshrug: panels.

I actually watched regularly. The panel and it's "guests" got pretty redundant. I appreciated the topics he covered though...he actually kept it 100 on certain racial issues that Trevor wouldn't and couldn't speak on. As someone else said, I could see Larry doing better in a different format on BET or TVone

Wow i didn't think they would do this before a new president got elected. There were parts of Larry's show i really did like but as some brehs already said on here i wish the show format was structured a little more differently so it would have had a better flow to it.....

:mjcry:no more Mike Yard and Robin Thede

He'd be better off on TVone. BET isn't what it once was.

Should Jimmy Kimmel leave ABC to do The Man Show again too?:dwillhuh:

one of the WOAT decisions. This dude didn't realize the Colbert brand was bigger than late night brand.
