Lmaooo, this happened to me once. I was laying on my stomach too

Woke up but couldn't move and I felt something walking up the end of the bed, crawling over my back towards my head I don't know why but I knew in my heart that that shyt was a big ass racc00n

I could hear my mom and sisters talking outside my door so I yelled my sisters name and nothing came out Even if she would have heard me that scary heffa would have ran the other way.

When I finally got up I left the room like "Wtf!!! Y'all ain't hear me in there screaming?!?!? Y'ALL AIN'T TRY TO SAVE ME!!! " They didn't hear anything so I just laid back down and went to sleep. Wasn't any racc00ns in there so I had no trouble going back to sleep.

@montpelier What about when you wake up out of breath or dream that you've died, is that tied to emotions as well?

shyt like that has induced insomnia in me, I've tried sleep clinics but to no avail.

Yeah it actually feels like it, it's scary.

Never like that tho...that's scary as fukk...but I used to get this alot..I would kinda stir in the middle of the nite and I couldn't move or wake up fully..so somehow I would try to move my arm off the bed so I could get some motion to wake up, but it never worked..so I would just lay there scared as fukk..but fall asleep a minute later..

One time I couldn't move or open my eyes and I was awake...I literally had to use all of my energy to get up. I was scared as fukk...

I don't really have nightmares, just weird strange dreams but I do have sleep paralysis. That shyt is mad scary when you have no idea what's going on but now that I understand, when it happens, I just wait it out.

What helps/triggers off dreams and significantly strong type of dreams that really take you so deep into that state? I have noticed through many experiences that my crazy and detailed dreams occur when i sleep on/against more than 1 pillow or a certain layer of cushion that partly tilts my neck/head up. If i ever end up falling asleep with my head slightly up then dreams will be pouring in for definite.

The only nightmare i ever have is i'm somewhere like a more fukked up Racc00n City or that Silent Hill place and theres some masked 9 foot tall ass nikka trying to kill me. And no matter how many times i seemingly kill this dude he never dies and then eventually my dream self is like "fukk this shyt im tired of running" and this nikka is about to kill me i wake up...like clockwork
