trier is a selfish, chucking ass nikka...

he gonna bring arizona down instead of helping. sean miller gonna be regretting offering him a schollie.

and maker was damn near invisible in this game. his handler's better hide him overseas while he still has some draft value.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Maker's problem is that he has no direction, his game is all over the place and when you put him in a structured environment where he has to play the PF/C role exclusively he has no idea what to do. He needs to go to Kentucky, at the very least Cal would help him become a better defender and could give him the focus he needs, which is you're a fukking PF, start to act like one.

I mean overall though it's starting to become a theme now where the foreign guys are a lot more advanced at the same age than the US prospects. It's more pronounced now because foreign black players are starting to come in with skill and the athleticism, when it was just the Euros we were still good money, but now :francis:

Players aren't getting properly coached at all..Obviously aau is a problem but even hs coaches are just using kids as pawns and let star players do whatever they want on the court without yelling and teaching them in fear their parents and handlers will take them to another school

That very reason is why he likely won't go there, Cal would have him posting up and playing near the basket like he did with Towns and Maker's guardian Ed Smith would lose his mind. Smith had another player he was trying to turn into a big ass small forward in Ater Majok, when he went to UConn Calhoun was trying to turn him into a post player and then Calhoun and Smith went to war. Smith made him withdraw from UConn before his 2nd year and he's been bouncing around overseas ever since.

It's like Moneyball basketball style. Euros focus on skills we don't teach enough. When we teach it, we teach it to girls.

We don't market it enough or make it cool either ..everything's about putting someone on a poster or breaking ankles.

Seventh Woods was made into a star through YouTube even though his skill level isn't that impressive and he's ranked in the 20's in his own class

:rudy: uSA still ranked #1 in every age group both male and female :camby:

Pretty much. 2015 was just a poorly built and coached team.

Once Josh Jackson, Derryck Thornton Jr, Maverick Rowan, etc reclassify, it will be a bit better. This is also one of the strongest world teams in recent memory.

Ehhh

He has been out this year with an ankle injury, plus he is technically playing a year ahead of his correct grade.

The 2016 class is the wrong class to critique.

That's true because the US produces more overall talent, the issue is that the World is now starting to produce top tier talent which it never really did before. I mean, the US got it's ass handed to it in the Rising Stars challenge too :francis:

It's really stupid, he should be a pick and pop/roll PF, instead of trying to be the next KD.

It wasn't stronger than the Saric/Exum/Towns/Embiid/Wiggins team, the US has now lost 3 of the last 4 Hoop Summits :francis:

I thought Trier looked good at times..arizona could have used him this year..they're problem was they didn't have a guard who can create his owns shots and get buckets
