Lawsuit is weird since BAPE has been around forever. They claim they wanted this long because Bapes sales were sporadic before 2021, I found that hard to believe since celebs was rocking it heavy in the 00s and they even had flagship stores in NYC and LA. They weren’t on no underground shyt.
