J.cole aint in the mainstream the man is one of the biggest rap stars and still has singles even ones going back to 2014 playing in the radio.

There used to be that MOST g rappers spoke the real with substance to boot. I used to be able to defend rap g rappers and all and even the lack of substance rappers was there but they had a place and didn’t run the whole scene.

Now most of the rappers and music is just about bragging or killing every time I listen to most of those songs.

The rap scene radio wise has gone to shyt with the lack of balance.
