This is actually pretty normal in other countries, so ive heard

Yeah I've talked to a lot of students who have studied abroad and they say a lot of cultures aren't as super work oriented as america. They take nice long breaks for lunch and relaxation. And punctuation isn't a huge thing either.

I was supposed to be eating lunch with a Filipino dude a month ago. I was waiting at the restaurant, dude showed up half an hour later like it was nothing.

I checked him on it though and he paid for both our meals as an apology.
