not sure if its america..... but in more than a few states, that "he was running away" shyt gets deaded because any competent self defense aware lawyer is gonna argue that the gunmen was simply looking to reposition/find cover to continue the gunfight.
It is what it is. Hope the shooter has USCCA..Might get dicey with the thief “running away”..
Every attempted robbery should be just like this...
Damn, I often wonder why people get shot way too much times but that clip kinda make me understand. Adrenaline isn't gonna make the shooter shoot once only, dude probably saw robber man as a threat every time he moved even though he might have done so because he was hit by a bullet.

I dont think he intended to kill anyone that day. Might even have been the first time he pulled something like that based on the way he let all 3 of them move around freely in the store. At the beginning of the clip, I thought the woman was going to reach for gun behind those shelves on the right and end it there
