Name some cultural anthropologists you’ve read.If you study anthropology culture is passed on directly by its women. Its not just about cooking. I cook more than my wife does. Yes Black men can cook just any other group but traditions are the responsibility of women to keep typically and women of other groups do it to this day. We are the only group that tries to buck the system to our own chagrin.
Your kid's first teacher, brehs

the msdonalds lines by the crib be long asfukk after 5pm......ain't noone cooking when dinner is mcdonalds...![]()
I've come to the realization that the Black community is on fire and no one is coming to save it.
My grandmother worked 45 hours a week as a maid scrubbing white peoples floors and still kept a spotless home and made dinner every night on top of Sunday Dinners.
Women are the keepers of the culture and the first teachers but they would rather drink wine, eat brunch and see how many men can give them money thirst trapping on IG while getting their back blown out by the trainer at their local planet fitness.

My Grandmother died back in March 2017...
She made sure to make dinner every Sunday no matter what. These chicks now don't have that old school family member that'll show you how to do things.
I remember how I used to gobble a plate of Sweet Potatoes, Beets, Greens, Baked Chicken etc after watching Sunday Football.
On the subject at the hand, they need to bring back Life Skills in classes. It should be a mandatory thing.
As a kid in the 90s, I could probably count on one hand how many times we ate Burger King, McDonald's, etc in a year. Eating fast food was considered a "treat" but nowadays people eat it daily or multiple times a week. Combination of increased sedentary lifestyle, it's no wonder Americans are so fat.![]()

Antagonistic attitude.
I remember my mum having to check my sister when my mum cooking messed with her feminist sensibilities. My grandmother has had to check female cousins.
There are several problems when women go on these rants. One of them is the tendency to overlook the work put in by male relatives on the day and throughout the year. The second aspect is the inability to understand nurturing a family and reciprocity.
A lot of these women are going to be left wondering why they don't receive the same love, support, and respect as their grandmothers.
Higher education got caught up in stressful academic nonsense, and schools dropped those life skills classes. Now we got a bunch of wannabe CEOs making 40k in their low level desk jobs, talking about they too good to learn how to hook healthy meals.
I remember at school, u had to learn something...
Parents used to ask you what did u learn in school. My Mom and Dad did that no matter what.
The school system nowadays just wanna pass the kids on rather than them earning the grade the right way. America wants to worry about Ukraine but our house isn't in order. My Cousin once told me as a kid, take care of home first before you worry about the outside.
Basic Life Skills should be taught before they graduate. There's no reason a kid shouldn't know how to save money, cook, pay bills, wash clothes, and fill out a resume.
I blame STANDARDIZED TESTING for the elimination of Home economics and trader electives classes altogether. Too many people prepare for one big test that is useless for learning, and too many people sacrificing life skills for studying hard subjects.
