Far Rock can be a weird place for some of these reasons:
1. it is isolated from most of nyc and far as shyt from manhattan (riding A train from far rock to manhattan, unless you wanna drop the extra $ for LIRR)
2. it is a beach town in nyc(some of the projects are beach front property)
3. despite being a beach town, its hood
Beach town in NY? Now might be the time to buy up the property over there.
Only but so much time longer until what's happening to Brooklyn is happening here
