2pacalypse now wasnt a very good a album, but it had gems like this. You could hear the raw potential of what he what he was going to be. nikka was 19 making shyt like this

:magnifico:

Yea man, somehow this song and other Pac songs weren’t allowed in the tournament for 1991 song of the year at Goldie’s site :stopitslime:

2Pacalypse wasn't a bad album, it was pretty damn good actually, it didn't age well but if you experienced it in real time nobody was saying it was wack.

It showed great potential but lacked identity.
You have to remember, this is coming off of Cube.
So for anybody who fukked with Cube heavily would more than likely see Pac as a poor mans Cube at the time, but with a better back story.
I think he showed signs of coming into his own on the Strictly 4 My nikkaz album.
He didn't fully come into his own to me until he got with Johnny J and found his own sound, and the style switched up more on Thug Life Vol1.
