i don't think that's a good thing. i was just in east oakland a couple of days ago and there's a lot of crackheads on the street leaving garbage everywhere they go and stealing shyt from ppl's yards. plus there's always broken glasses on the sidewalk and drug dealers/users near parks.

I haven't been to the Town in 10 years or so, shame what's happening there, just like Harlem. Have they already tried to rename it? Like the white folks in Harlem are calling it "SoHa" now and trying to get it renamed.
