Its not karma, its the way the universe works. Some evil goes unpunished, some good deeds go unnoticed, because nothing is obsolete. And thats assuming there is no higher power and heaven and hell doesn't exist.

But the general consensus of evil and good is people are placed where they should be. Life always has its way of catching up or rewarding you.

In a perfect world there would be no evil, homeless, or starving people and all good deeds would be rewarded. Unfortunately that's not case.

But a majority of times someone who makes bad decisions, life eventually catches up with them. Someone who makes good decisions are more often successful. Sure Bad things can happened to good people, when has it hasn't, but if they stay on the right track the universe leads them to happiness.
