I remember seeing Pokemon the movie with my parents and they were in the movie theater.

When we saw Digimon the Movie they were like " Hol' up... " the whole way through.

I run Digimon the Movie back every couple years and that shyt is always fresh and interesting. Watching Pokemon as an adult is hella boring.

Ehhh that first Digimon movie released in theaters was ass. Granted they cut up three different stories for the film and removed a lot of the content from the japanese version.

IIRC only the cut scenes included the pops coming home drunk from work

I was watching both and I liked both equally but as I got older (10,11,12) I was not watching Pokemon AT ALL. In fact the common sentiment was that Pokemon was for babies when I got around that age.
