its weird because I'm 28 and I've never had one cavity...I see 18 year old kids telling me they just got back from the dentist and got 4 cavities

nikkas out here drinking soda, eating candy and sweets, thinking just brushing their teeth is enough. 
they aren't mindful of their diets. There is a clear correlation between consumption of goods with refined sugar (meaning, foods that had sugar added to them post-processing) and an onset of cavities. Unless it's orange juice or one of those naked/odwalla smoothies, I drink water.
