Personally if a chick flakes on me red flags are gonna be raised in my mind, and I'm gonna see if she comes back with another time to do it and also hear out her excuse. If she does it twice in a row then I'm just not gonna ask her out again and she'll have to start putting in the work to see me. Chicks like this have low interest and/or other dudes around they are probably feeling more then you.
