Do me a favor and show me a picture feminine body. If t*ts, ass, pretty face, small features aren't femme, then shyt, you got some Goddess-Level women
on deck.

While I may not cosign women not hitting the gym, there is a very large spectrum of feminine. If the girl I posted isn't then im guessing any girl who
does anything other than sit on her ass won't fit the bill.

:yeshrug: If you want me to read her and show you a real feminine woman, allow me to.
Her unfeminine traits: Low forehead, narrow pointed chin, medium-length nose with a bulbous tip, thinness of her lips, oval jaw, muscular body, heavy back, small hips, and boxy waist.

There's a difference between exercising and looking like a Greek male statue :comeon:

She exercised and did a lot of weight lifting, but she still doesn't look like that beefcake that calls itself a female you showed me

Why the:scust: You are gonna get there regardless. Especially with big breasts, your best friend will be a strong back so you don't feel pain like every other girl
who doesn't bother to take care of herself. You can work out and stay at 20% and still look ok, but don't expect it to be a huge deviation, in fact, you may get bulkier at
that percentage. I'm at 178 right now and cutting (my dinner is 68 ounces of mineral water, 6 scrambled eggs, and some spinach) and though I hate getting lighter, being
puffy isn't necessary.

It is always a personal thing, though.
I've never felt back pain though :yeshrug:

And I thought the lowest percentage a woman should go is 18% :patrice:, I just want to get to the point where I'm toned and have very little to no cellulite. With the small muscle gain/fat loss I've gotten, I can already see it reducing :blessed:

I agree with you and I'm trying to get tight but I'm keeping at least 20% body fat, I love my double dds and would hate to go down any lower :wow:

And I don't want any back muscles either :scust:
Thats what I like to hear :obama:. A lot of women don't appreciate their big titties

:dead:Beefcake? Breh, girl is like 5'1 and wearing loose fitting clothes, would not stick out anymore than any other lady.

What made betty page so special was her "curvy" figure in a time where being a waif was the wave, and she managed to accentuate
without blowing up. Check her pictures by the time she died. The only reason she looked as good as she did was because that was her career.

Sophia Loren had/has an average body, absolutely nothing special about it, save for above average t*ts. Her face and t*ts carried her career, not that that
has anything to do with anything. These women are fragile, and if you like that, cool. But something tells me if you went to a volleyball game you would be
:scust: at all the girls who are hopping around, thick legs and great curves taking bumps without crying like a bytch for lack of cushion.

Remember, womens bones and muscles deteriorate rapidly as they get older, Getting a base for fitness in now saves you being hunched over down the line.
You can go as low as 13% safely IIRC, and to look any better than regular chicks you have to dip into the 18% and below range while having adequate muscle.
You can get plenty strong and keep the t*ts, but be ready to be a husky broad. You can't both slim down and keep the body fat. It will work in some places, but you will
either not workout enough to get the desired effect(making it all a waste of time) or you will walk around looking like you are wearing pads, ready to suit up with Russell
Wilson and take a hit.

chicks worry too much about body fat percentages and looking too buff. Just hit the gym and eat right. Period. You'll look good and be healthy and fit no matter your body type.

I can't do the overly obese shyt. But if you're well proportioned I don't mind some extra fat or no fat at all. Diversity is the spice of life.

Do your ass work for you is the question. Because 9/10 I can make that shyt work. The thing that bums me out is when a super smart and otherwise remarkable chick is totally unattractive. I be looking at them from different angles trying to work that shyt out. Damn shame

nikka, height has nothing to do with her having abs bigger than the size of Adonis. There's something wrong with that. :mjlol:

:dead: ass, really? Who you think you playin? In the 30's-50's waif was NOT the wave, hourglass/curvy women were in for virtually all centuries except for a few times like the 20's and a little time in the 60's until it went permanent in the 70s or 80s. And why are you putting curvy in quotation marks like Betty ain't more curvier [with her smaller waist and bigger hips] than the beef cake you posted? I just can't. :dead:

Sophia had a pretty good body, with sex appeal and magnetism that oozed off the screen. Then again you like borderline masculine bodied women attractive so your opinions are pretty much invalid at this point.

Typical affeminate man saying feminine traits on women is a bad thing and praising women for physical and mentally masculine traits. :dead: I can't with this modern generation. :scust: I would seriously go 150 years back even if it meant my ass losing most of my freedoms.

You are losing it, my man. A bit of muscle mass does not suddenly make a women look like a man, especially not the one I posted.
Any woman that resembles a man is on them drugs. Muscle mass is only considered masculine because men usually have more.
However, to be in optimal health, higher muscle to fat ratios are the thing. You can't compare the women I posted to men, knowing
goddamned well 90% of men ain't looking like that. Dudes walking around with spare tires and 12 inch flexed arms. Lord knows
when I flex my 14 3/4 inch arms (BABY fukking arms in comparison to most gym rats) people are impressed like I have pythons.
It simply isn't cool to be blubber in training anymore, and having a chick that yells out "Ow" if you tap her arms ain't the wave anymore.

Seriously though, hit google and see what the women were looking like. "Curvy", and yes im gonna put that word in quotes, was not synonymous with flat stomachs
and thick legs. Women were getting corsets because by that time they were getting a bit bigger since the american diet was getting more processed. Bettie Page would
be a nobody today because health and nutrition are far more understood. She wouldnt be shyt in the 90's, the 80's, the 70's, though she might have eatin well in her prime in
the 60's. Her body is easily attainable, because it is a product of corsets and careful cardio. Those days are over.

:shaq2:
1) Corsets were invented in the sixteenth century mainly for women, but some men wore them too.
2) The men who wore them were called male tightlacers during the later part of the nineteenth century, fashion plates during the mid nineteenth century introduced a "male hourglass" figure that was achieved through the shaping of male's garments that created the look.
3) Women wore corsets to attain smaller waists, it had nothing to do with American diet getting more unhealthy and fatter because corsets were even more popular BEFORE there was such a thing as an American diet. So not only you pulled that from your ass but your timelines are all wrong.
4) The shaping of corsets gradually changed, during the nineteenth century it became more of a waist clincher and the bust was authenticated.
5) Her body is not easily attainable, many women today do NOT have hourglass figures which is the rarest figure in the whole world at 2 percent. More women have banana and pear shapes, what does that say about your statement?
6) Curviness was synonymous with a small waist 6+ inches smaller than the bust and hips who were equal or close to each other in size. Why are we arguing about this?

Yes, and a woman with a 6 pack and strong back muscles will forever be the definition of unfeminine. And the fact you're trying to make the "brave new world" seem more enlightened and evolved than those times especially regarding food just makes me shudder. Especially when more people die of diseases caused by the unhealthy food they eat.

My opinion still remains you're a product of your generation e.g an affeminate man who is attracted to women that are physically strong and vigorous like men who work in the field are. :kayneshrug:

I wish I was born in 1803. :to:
