All this means is you have no reason to pawg if you do attend an HBCU.
Whether or not you attend one though is subject to alot of factors. Main being is the acceptance rate. Not everybody is going to be accepted into Howard.
Your local community college might have a 100% acceptance rate, but Howard is around 50%.
